About the Company:
Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) was promoted by the Department of Higher and Technical Education (H & TE), Government of Maharashtra (GoM), India and was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956.On January 05, 2018 the Department of Higher and Technical Education (H & TE), Government of Maharashtra (GoM) issued a Government Resolution, as per which, in place of H & TE Department, the General Administration Department (GAD) has become the Representative Department of GoM for matters concerning MKCL.

Job Profile:
The Management Trainees will initially undergo one year training-cum assignments and internship in live projects at MKCL Pune/ Navi Mumbai, and will be offered a regular position thereafter based on their overall performance with a place of posting in Pune/ Navi Mumbai transferable later anywhere in India or abroad.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates graduated with MBA or equivalent degree in 2019 (any specialisation) from recognised University with Engineering graduation preferably in Computer Engineering/ IT/ E&TC with good scholastic background, high mental ability and quantitative aptitude, sound foundations in computing and office automation tools, high degree of involvement, dynamism and customer focus.

Selection Process:
Registration - Candidates should Click Here for the online application, on or before 24th July 2019.
Online Test - Candidates are required to appear for an Online Test on any one day- 27th or 28th July 2019.
Shortlisted candidates in the online test will be announced on 31st July 2019.
Short-listed candidates shall be invited for Hands-on test and Interview at Pune in August 2019.
Date of Joining: 19th August 2019.

Details of Online Tests:
Marks - 100 Marks.
Duration - 2 Hours.
Venue - From home through MKCL's Online Exam framework.

Topics:
Section I: Mental Ability and Quantitative.
Section II: Office Automation.
Section III: Managerial Skills.
