We are a Delhi (Saket) Based - Young and Energetic retail solutions company who aims to be the growth engine for the eRetail revolution in India. With the aim of simplifying online selling for every Indian, our founders - the TRIO- Saahil, Gautam & Vishesh started off with KartRocket, an end to end eCommerce platform that enables anybody to create an online store and start selling online easily. In 2015, we took a step ahead and launched our Kraftly - a buy and sell app where buyers go to discover new products and directly interact and buy from sellers.

Designation: Logistics Operation Manager

Job Location: Sultanpur, MG Road, Delhi

Desired experience: 4-5 Years

Salary: 6-8 LPA 

Education: Any Graduate/MBA

Responsibilities:

- Person should understand Ecommerce pick up operations
- Should be able to track shipments
- Should be able to track shipments
- Should understand Ecommerce delivery operations
- Should understand After delivery operations (POD/COD collection/COD remittance)
- Should be able to work on MIS preparation and analysis
- Should be able to reconcile charged weight of shipments and Query resolution
- Should be able to coordinate with customers & resolve their issues
- Should understand Ecommerce operations cycle
- Should have good geographical knowledge
- Should understand management of exceptions (Damages/Delay in connectivity/Delayed deliveries/Non COD remittance)
- Preferably from Ecommerce industry (3- 4 years' experience at-least)
- Must understand Ecommerce business & operations cycle
- Thorough knowledge of B2C (Ecommerce) field operations activities
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel (Data analysis)
- Good communication (Written & Verbal) & coordination skills
- Must be able to interact with Courier partners effectively & resolve queries
