Job Role: A Lead Generator is mainly a communications role that performs Tele-prospecting functions to support the sales team. It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Specialist calls companies across the Domestic (India) and International markets and talks to professionals about their business needs and initiatives
  • They identify who the most appropriate decision-maker is in the company (usually a director, CEO, VP, etc ) by speaking with multiple company representatives
  • They then initiate a conversation with the decision-maker to introduce our products & services. When they have identified a sales-ready lead , it gets passed along to our sales team and they sell from there
  • Lead generator requires to prepare regular tracker of leads generation, current status, follow-up activities and organized reporting of the same to management
