Job Profile: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.C.A/M.C.A/M.B.A

Batch: 2014/15

Salary: INR 3 LPA + Incentives

Probation/Training Period: 3 months

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Interview Process:

-HR Round

- First round with the Manager sales

- Second round with the AVP sales

- Final round with the COO

Job Description:

-Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Kartrocket solution will speak to those needs.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Work with the AVP of Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of the E-commerce industry

 


Education:

B.Tech/B.E., BCA, BCM, MBA, MBE, MCA, MCM, P.G.D.B.M., P.G.D.C.A
