Role Requirements:
1.Strong written and communication skills (both English and Hindi) to communicate with the business Clients of Inventum through either phone or Email or Chat
2.Excellent problem solving capabilities to address the customers query and repairs
3.Ability to work on a Ticketing System and Report
4.The individual should be customer focused and should possess a customer first attitude
5.Should have a strong understanding of the following for Supporting the client of Inventum
6.Hands On experience of Linux installation, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, NIS, NFS, LAMP
7.Linux Server Configuration and Server Management
8.Good Networking Knowledge will be an added advantage
9.Knowledge of Shell scripting is required

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Receive inbound calls / Emails / Chats from the customer and resolve their technical query, request, complaints and feedbacks till closure / issue resolution
2.Provide knowledge base to internal and external customers of Inventum Technologies
3.Create Trouble Tickets for all the customer complaint, requests and repairs and provide accurate solutions to the clients
4.Every transaction made with the customer should be recorded by an L1 and has to be properly documented with the troubleshooting steps taken for issue resolution
5.Follow proper escalation channel to escalate customers issue for high end technical assistance or customer complaint
6.Accountability / Ownership of a Trouble Ticket till its closure or escalation lies with the L1
7.Live / Remote Demonstration / Training to be imparted to customer if required
8.Follow the Support Process for stream line operations and execution (Support policy Compliance)
9. Work as a team to meet the goals / targets assigned to / by Technical Support
10. Should have a good cross department communication and relation
11. Efficient and effective dealing with complaints to enable high customer satisfaction
12. Rendering administrative support to other members of the Technical Support Team
13.Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
