Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Responsible for meeting sales target through the assigned Projects, to ensure the business annual targets are met, thoroughly contributing to growth of the organization
- Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
- Attend all enquiry calls within TAT
- Generating Own leads by way of Door to Door activity & Through Cold calls in the assigned area
- Submitting Daily call reports to branch Sales In charge
- Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc
- Generating sales from Low Utilized Element within the assigned area to maximize Capacity utilization
- Assist Branch Sales In charge in the preparation of Sales plan for the area.

Desired Skills:

- Should be willing to work in direct field sales.
- Interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in fixing appointments for retail segments
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
- Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistent
- Should have a two wheeler / Licence / LLR
- Should have a flair for customer service.
