We deal with projects in varied scales and typologies, ranging from Institutions, Corporate offices, IT Parks, Resorts, Hotels, Residences, Commercial Spaces, Mixed Use Development, Apartments, Villa Development.

Profile Offered: Junior Architect

Job Location: Bengaluru

Course Specialization: B.Arch - Architecture

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Confer with Senior Architects/Clients to understand a project.
  • Attending client meetings and preparation of MOM's.
  • Design development from conceptual stage based on requirements.
  • Preparation of Schematic design with presentations in the form of sketches and drawings(2D and 3D).
  • Preparation of cost estimates and specifications.
  • Preparation of detailed working drawings.
  • Coordination with other service consultants and obtaining desired results as per design intent.
  • Coordination with site engineers/contractors until project completion. Inspect site and ensure works are carried out as per design and
  • Attending site review meetings and preparation of MOM's and snag lists.
