Salary: INR 1.2 LPA- INR 3 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: PG- MBA

Job Description & Skill Set Required :

-Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and compensation break-ups. Background verification of the employees.
-Design a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction.
-Leave and attendance record, Payroll Inputs, Maintenance of Personal Files.
-Timely Mentoring and counselling employees related to queries.
