Job Description: 

Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties, solution station contact and other service packages. Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after - sales support services.

Analysing costs and sales.

Can sales product like (Antivirus, PC Cleaners ,Optimisation Softwares and Upselling etc).

Sell the Annual Maintenance for Computers (AMC).

Skills Required: 

Ability to Work Night Shifts & 24/7 Environment.

International Process/Clients (US).
