Job Description:
-Working in technologies like PHP, DOT Net, JAVA, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Machine learning, Big Data, Hadoop, Internet of Things, AWS, etc.
-Codes, tests and debugs software programs according to system standards.
-Maintains accurate and up to date documentation of code and its changes.
-Prepares test data for unit testing.
-Works under the guidance of development leads.
-Continuously upgrades technical knowledge on one or more technologies.
-Provides input into design of the software solution.
-Track progress of own work and provides status updates to Development Leads.
-Adheres to Software Development policies and guidelines.
-Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions and provide technological solution to it
-Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
-Design & Develop the overall structure of the platform and oversee programs to ensure the proper implementation of the architecture.
-Will get exposure in working with Cloud Computing Models Iaas, Paas, Saas.
-Engineer will be part of a team supporting customers 24x7. The teams responsible for high level technical resolution for incidents received from phone calls, emails or automated ticketing system during specific shifts.
-Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps; Provide remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs
-Provide troubleshooting assistance, and provide regular updates to customers as well as updating the Service Desk tickets.
-Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
-Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
-Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
-Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Skill Set Required:
-Good communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript, PHP, DOT Net, AI, BI, etc.
-Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
-Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
-Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
-Strong attention to detail
-Develop and implement new software programs
-Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
-Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
-Design and update software database
-Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
-Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
-Basic Knowledge of IIS / File / Mail / DNS / Database / RAID to manage and troubleshoot the issues.
