Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Demonstrating knowledge of personal computers, software applications, voice technology, MS Exchange, anti-virus and LAN/WAN networking.

Maintaining CRM, Dialer operations and Server.

Ensures all electronic company and client data information is backed up.

Ensures all computer hardware is maintained at full operational levels.

Reviews and updates all IT documentation regularly; i.e call recording.

Ability to manage multiple operational aspects like database upload.

Ability to solve system problems, and other technical requirements of the company.

Ensures smooth operation of all computer and telecommunication systems.
