Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is one who can conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn,brainstorm creative treatments and innovative instructional strategies and develops instructional materials.

-Conduct thorough research, boast good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.

-Create content with information that can be used and applied in the real world always in cooperation with SMEs, professionals and team members.

-Conduct a needs assessment & Design a curriculum or program.

-Select, modify, or create a design and develop Instructional materials appropriate for a given project.

-Must be involved in Blog Writing where you need to assess new standards, technologies and trends, and formulate plans for future enhancement to blogging strategies.

-Must ensure blog(s) are accessible from a variety of different environments.

-Maintaining consistent visual image on blog(s) including maintenance of templates and image archives.

-Will be involved in Newsletter creation, Facebook taglines generation, Video description and Media Browser creation.

Skills Required:

-Must have good communication skills and writing skills.

-Must be expert in MS word and MS Powerpoint.

-Must Possess interdisciplinary knowledge and cross cultural competency.

-Must be flexible and a good problem solver.

-Must have experience in working with Articulate tool.
