Target Batch Passout: 2015-2016

Salary: INR 2.5 LPA(This CTC will be applicable post the successful completion of the training of
              6-9 Months and will  depend upon candidates performance during the training period)
              Stipend-INR 15,000 per month for first 6-9 months of training

Shifts: Day Shift (10:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.)
            EST Shift(5:30P.M. to 2:30 A.M.)


Note:
-Only Male candidates should apply for EST Shift (5:30P.M. to 2:30 A.M.)
-Dinner and Cab Facility will be given to EST Shift (5:30P.M. to 2:30 A.M.) candidates.


Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/BBA

Bond: 2 Years

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.


Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Research the market to identify potential prospects for a given service offering. Contact the prospects via email and over phone and make persuasive proposals to interest them in the offered services.
-Will be responsible for following up with the leads provided by marketing department and additional lead generation for US & APAC.
-Role will include running basic research & analysis of competition & target prospects before telesales campaigns.
-Collaboratively work with assigned Business Development Manager on overall plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners.
-Achieve/exceed monthly meeting targets by prospecting new customers through email or cold calling campaigns.
-Grow and maintain existing prospect relationships through pro-active follow-ups
-Manage daily schedule, meetings, agenda, both internal and in conjunction with field sales team.
-Manage/update territory and activity trackers for sales reporting.
-Focusing on Campaign planning, campaign execution, campaign administration and campaign result with prime focus on campaign execution

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be target oriented.
-Must be open for cold calling to C-level, VP level people in large companies
-Proactive, strong drive for results and customer focus
-Responsible for lead generation for target prospect companies in NA.
-Should have basic understanding about web sites and digital solutions.
-Strong presentation and communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication
-Readiness to learn fast, willingness to permanent personal and professional self-development
-Ability to work under high rhythm of business
-
Positive attitude, Self-motivated and tenacious

-Telephonic Interview for EST Shift candidates
-Face to face Interview(2 Rounds)
