Salary offered: INR 3 LPA - 5.5 LPA (Initial 6 months Internship with Stipend of INR 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month)

Input Zero is hiring for four profiles, individual profiles description are given below.

Profile 1: Trainee Business Analyst

Job Description:
• Ability to understand different products and be able to give solutions to customers.
• Should be able to implement best practices and conduct workshops on products.
• Consult on solutions and implementations
• Understand customer process and generate documentation and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Understand the requirements of customer key stakeholders
• Provide clear documentation on customer requirements, project pre-requisites, deliverables and project success factors.
• Should be able to suggest and predict use cases with business requirements.
• Should be able to generate detailed functional specifications for the development teams to work on.
• Should be able to give demos to customers of the interim and complete solutions
• Should be able to conduct End User Trainings
• Should be able to set customer expectations in terms of desired results.
• Identify current and future business processes
• Facilitate business stakeholders on changes that may be required to help further growth.

The below skill will be added advantage:

• Understand, analyse, create and validate functional specifications in detail.
• Facilitate design sessions with implementation team to define work flows, system flows and solutions.
• Bridge the gap between Sales and Technology teams for better deliverables.
• Should be strong in logical and analytical skills with excellent communication both written and oral skills.
• Report generation.
• Should be willing to travel on short notice as per the company's requirements.
• Should have great comprehending skills and a penchant for technology.
• 10+12+Graduation >= 60%.


Profile 2: Technical Presales Analyst -

Job Description:

• The candidate will understand the business requirements well and translate the requirements into an analytical solution. For delivering the solution, the candidate needs to understand the nanobi platform. The solution will be delivered on the nanobi platform.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing the data model as well as design and write codes for data transformations.
• The candidate will extensively communicate with customers/prospects to both understand the business requirements as well as later in presenting back the solution created.
• The candidate must anchor prospect engagements with sales/ consulting teams. The candidate must work with prospects to detail use cases, help build them out and lead demos back to clients.
• 10+12+Graduation >= 60%.

Profile 3: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

• B2B sales activates.
• Cold visit to corporates for lead generation.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and new opportunities.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Analyzing customer requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs while developing trust and long-term relationships.
• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
• Creating database of existing and new clients.
• Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
• Be a go-getter, and have a passion for your work and be a team player.
• 10+12+Graduation >= 60%.

Profile 4: Servicenow developer/Remedy developer

Job Description:

• Qualification- Btech/MCA /MCA (fresher's who are trained on service now + exp 0-4 years in any of the development technologies are also welcome).
• (Exp- 0-1.5 Yrs+ in any of the programming language (Java/dot Net/ C, C++ etc.).
• Good Analytical Skills/Logical skills in development.
• Should be flexible and ready to learn and work our niche areas i.e. IT service management (ITSM), BMC Remedy, Servicenow.
• Good in Communication.
• Should be willing to work in Bangalore location and Ready to relocate as per project requirement within India or outside India.
• Should be willing to work in shift as per project requirement.
• 10+12+Graduation >= 60%.

Interview Location: Gurgaon(Haryana) & Bangalore(Karnataka).
