Job Description:
We are looking for passionate Indian payroll professionals with prior experience in implementing HR & Payroll software online to customers. This is an online customer facing role. Should be well versed with Indian payroll compliance.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Implement Kredily HR & payroll software to customers.
- Handle customer queries via chat and telephone.
- Educate customers on procedure and software usage
- Work collaboratively with product team to improve the product experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Strong communication and soft skills.
- Multi-lingual (Hindi preferred) with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Strong business and analytical skills with exceptional execution skills.
- Self-motivated and skilled to work in a fast growing and challenging startup environment.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving ability.
- Multi-lingual with excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Spoken Hindi is must.
