Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Managing the IELTS Coaching Center and ensuring it grows to become an independent revenue generation center.
-Ensuring proper and up-to-date database is maintained of all the students undergoing coaching (IELTS / PTE/ TOEFL) at our center.
-Maintaining Student Attendance Record (also ensuring attendance record is maintained for students attending batches taken by other faculties)
-Managing and co-ordinating with part time faculties and ensuring the center runs without any glitches.
-Regularly reviewing the coaching material at the center and updating as required.
-Regularly discussing each student’s case with their respective counselors.
-Giving demo lectures to students as and when requested by counselors and providing IELTS /PTE/ TOEFL counseling when required.
-Conducting weekly tests to gauge students’ level and giving extra practice to students who need it.
-Ensuring students score at least the requisite bands if not more.
