Training/Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary:- INR 1.5 LPA To 2 LPA during 3 months of training
          - Post Training INR 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA (depending on candidate performance)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Softway seeks an energetic and self-motivated individual who is interested in learning about Human Resources    and HR Operations.
- The HR Trainee will assist the HR Team in a variety of Operations initiatives. Candidate must have good  communication , good attitude and a thorough knowledge on HR basics.
- Knowledge in MS Office(EXCEL,WORD etc) preferred.
- Candidate should be open to learning and taking up challenges as per the role requires.Clear understanding and  knowledge on all HR Verticals will be highly appreciated.
