Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 2.16 LPA

Course Specialisation: Bcom, Btech/ BE, MBA

Probation/ Training : 3 Months

Bond: 1 Year

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

-Involve in spreading awareness related to TechieNest Service areas.

-Assuring brand promotion in TechieNest PAN India workshops/Training.

-Conducting and supervising promotional activities for brand visibility.

-Oversee recruitment and hiring process

-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

-Joining Formalities

-Handling Employee Database (Both in soft & Files Management)

-Leaves & Attendance Management

-Handling Payroll System

-Employee Confirmations, Performance Management Systems

-Exit Process

-MIS Reports to Management

-Miscellaneous as per requirement

-Implementing new HR initiatives to Organization

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

-Negotiation Skill, Excellent Communication Skills, Logical representation

Skill Set Required:

-Pro- active and willing to take initiatives

-Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communicator.

-Acquainted with basic knowledge of computers

-Candidates with prior experience in Institutional will be preferred

B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., MBA
