- Should completely handle company’s Internal recruitment process and Employee management Process.

- Job Posting to different portal or pulling the potential candidate database.

- Scheduling for telephonic interview and F2F interview.

- Recruiting the Companies Intern and Trainee

- Outsourcing the trained candidate or Intern to other IT company.

- Conducting performance review for the employee.
