Job Description:

-The job would require the person incharge to be capable of managing the recruiter and recruitment profiles

-Manage the employee resources and their profiles

-Implement the company and Hr policies laid out.

Skill Set Required:

-The applicants must be capable of quick decision-making abilities. Also working on various scenarios that would come up during work.

-Have concrete knowledge on company laws and rules and best practices that is to be followed.
-The most essential part of the job will be talent acquisition,Hence a strong network and pedigree as a recruiter is essential for the post.
-The job responsibilities will also include operational implementation of company policies.
