Job Description:
Guest Relations Executive is the one acting as the face of the company to the clients. He needs to be very smart, professional, & courteous. He will be the First person from the company to meet the clients in person & represents the entire company on their arrival/departure. He has to support the clients during their hotel check ins/check outs and departures. The GRE is the one to explain the entire tour plan along with the timely & important instructions to the clients.
Job Specification:
Should be an Under Graduate Degree holder preferably fresher with Tourism, Hospitality & travels educational background.
Preference will be given to candidates with IATA Course Certification.
Good English communication (both Oral & written) & Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Highly Self Motivated, willingness to learn & highly flexible.
Should be Well groomed, Polite & with creative problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational & time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Gain appropriate knowledge on the Guests programme before meeting them.
Creating a harmony with drivers, other Tour Executives, Other Branch staffs by updating on the happenings.
Assisting the guests in Hotel Check in & Check out and ensuring the satisfaction of the clients on the rooms & other services provided in hotels.
Assisting them in departures & reminding them on the important things to be noted while on tour & also during departure.
