TravelTriangle is the largest Holiday Marketplace in India building numerous memories for travellers for domestic and international destinations. It’s a 7 year old company backed by Saif Partners, Bessemer Ventures and Nandan Nilekani’s Fundamentum.

Opportunity to get hired through Direct placement along with a Industry recognised certificate.

Qualification: BA/BBA/B.com/BHM/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA/B.Tech

Training Period: 6 Months

Experience: Freshers

Stipend: 7000 Per month ( till training period)

Batch Passout: 2018-2019

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communiocated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Descriptions:

-Maintaining relationship with travelers by calling and understanding their trip related details.
-Ensuring quality of customer experience for travelers by resolving conflicts & handling trip related -responsibilities.
-Answer customer calls courteously to provide information about Travel Triangle products and services, arrange consultations and obtain feedback about service.
-Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat medium concerning various queries

Skill Set Required:

- Fair Fluency in English,
- Customer Service, Planning, Execution
- Logic and basic math calculation abilities.

- Face to Face Interview


Education:

B.A., B.A.(Hons.), B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Sc.(Hotel Management), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BCA, MBA, MCA, P.G.D.B.A, P.G.D.B.M.
