Profile Offered: Freshers- International Backend Operations

Job Location: Delhi NCR

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 years

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • This position consists of back-end/ operations duties.
  • E-commerce processing, Market Research/Intelligence, Email and Chat support (All these projects are non-technical and non-IT).
  • Should have sound knowledge of social media platforms.
  • May perform repetitive business procedures according to specific instructions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to work successfully in a team and with minimal supervision.

Mandatory Requirements:
Preferable experience from International BPO/KPO.
Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good comprehension skills (able to understand & interpret instructions).
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Efficient organizational skills.
Good analytical, logical and comprehension aptitude.
Candidates will be preferred who are residing in Noida /Ghaziabad/ Kaushambi/ Vasundhra/ Vaishali / East Delhi or are ready to relocate to nearby Noida locations.

B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, BCM
