Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Our professionals analyze investment need, financial and operational results of company through reviewing records, understanding industry and conducting interviews with management.

- Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management companies

- Identifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis

- Researching public industry and competitor information relevant to the company

- Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods

- Analyzing cyclicality of business and working capital trends

- Analyzing quality of earnings and non-recurring items

- Participating in discussions held with Management

- Contributing to the report-writing process

- Assisting in identifying right set of investors and reaching out to them

- Assisting in identifying right set of growth indicators and preparing growth indicator templates

- Managing and contributing to complex areas of the IM-writing process

Skill Set Required:

- Minimum of 1 year (post-graduation) experience

- Commerce graduate / post graduate

- Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

- Understanding of financials (profit & loss statement, balance sheet etc)

- Ability to perform industry research and prepare projections

- Dedication to teamwork, demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity

- Ability to master new tasks quickly

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PPT and Excel

- Flexibility to travel, as needed
