Manage and schedule the field visits of the field engineers.
Fix appointments with the customer and coordinate with the field engineers team.
Ensures that the team members adhere to laid down instructions.
Resolve customer queries through phone coordination.
Ensure customer satisfaction and work to improve the quality of service delivery.
