Roles and Resposibility:
1. Co-ordination, collection of data and reconciliation for statutory
compliance across group
a. Income Tax Act
b. Companies Act
c. GST

2. Co-ordination for collecting data and verification for companies with labour laws such as EPF, ESI
3. Ensure timely compliance under such status and submitting MIS (Statutory compliance) to Management.
4. Documentation of all compliance related documents for audit and assessment.
5. Any other roles and responsibilities as may be assigned.
