Profile Offered: Executive/Senior Executive For Collection Recovery

Job location: Delhi NCR

Course Specialization: B.Com - Commerce, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Need to achieve the targets on allocated cases identified on various parameters.
2. Follow-up and Recovery of overdues from the defaulter/debtors.
3. Tracing out of absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
4. Interact with different teams at appropriate verticals and if required engage them for collections.
5. Documents collection executive required with own vehicl
6. Chasing Customers for the payments collection via calls/visits.
7. Visit Random Customers
8. Payment Receiving MIS/Payment Confirmation.
9. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
10. Customer Relationship and Follow-up Maintenance of important registers and daily reports, Cash Management and accounting.
