Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 2.2 LPA in hand + 10-15% variable to be paid
quarterly based on performance

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Job Description:

- The candidate shall work with Aspiring Minds' clients/Sector Skill Councils and do relevant data management and analysis to service their needs.

- Our clients use Aspiring Minds' large scale assessment for certification and recruitment services.

- The candidate will also interact with the client on a regular basis.

- The final goal of the job is to create high levels of client satisfaction.

- The job shall include considerable data management and data analysis and client communication.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage, Maintain and deepen Key client relationships, ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company to the various Government organisation and Sector Skill Councils.

- Create graphs, pivots, charts, etc. of data to analyze it and discuss with seniors

- Coordinate with internal team to ensure assessments are carried out smoothly

- Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.

- Prepare daily weekly MIS for the client and internal management.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent communication and Analytical Skills

- Good operational knowledge of MS-Excel will be a plus point
