Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Assisting the Finance Director MD in daily communications, e-mailing, letter drafting, Minutes Of meeting, follow-ups, Calendar Management, Contact Management, etc.
- Co-ordination with service providers for getting the work done
- Creating and Managing MIS Reports, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Creating Presentations using PowerPoint and Managing Data using Excel. Should have good skills in Excel.
- Any other assignments with respect to assisting the Finance director with her day-to-day work.
Skill Set Required:
- The candidate should be a self starter, smart and intelligent & should be able to handle the above work independently without supervision. Should be fluent in written and spoken English, fast & efficient worker, good IQ, Assertive, Good data management skills, and should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
