Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate overall shop floor activities related to production.
Support to operators for achieving production output targets.
Adhere to safety rules and regulation.
Ensures all safety issues are dealt with immediately.
Communicate and elevate any safety risk that is observed.
Ensure that Rehau quality standards are followed as per SOP.
Supports implementation of corrective actions on quality concerns related to work assigned.
Ensure Tags are available Material/ Finished Products for proper identification and quantity certification.
Support Trainee/Operators in day to day production activity.
Receipt & Deposit of Tool/Allied material from concern Dept.
Supervision on Helper.
