Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.16 LPA(The final CTC will be depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Managed SMEs online business on different market places and ensured that the daily operations are done.
-Worked on Ecommerce business plan & sales strategy development to boost sales online.
-Worked with SMEs in setting and managing expectations, build customer confidence through effective communication and reliable delivery.
-Managed a team of content & online operations associates.
-Maintained the health of the catalog by performing regular audits, doing root cause resolution to fix issues found, closing the loop with sellers and team, train them on the fixes.
-Planned, trained, monitored and reviewed catalog upload on different market places on worked on increasing visibility by correcting listings.
-Resolved catalog issues with sellers and or market place managers.
-Reviewed product content and optimization.
