Job Profile: Digital Marketing Trainee

Training/Probation Period: 6 Months

Salary: 
-During the training Period- INR 10,000 Per Month  bonus ( INR 18,000 based on the performance after successful completion of the training.)
-Post the training period- 2.4 LPA – 3.0 LPA (Once Confirmed)

Bond: 18 Months

Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Responsible for working on Business Proposal
- Devising and presenting new ideas and strategies for business growth
- Creating and managing campaigns/posts/chats/updates on social media to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness
- Maintaining websites and analyzing google analytics for improvements
- Updating CRM system for relevant leads and updates
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- New business development/ Corporate client acquisition/ Lead generation
- Market mapping, fix meeting, follow ups till conversion, clients servicing getting new requirement
- Should have good communication skills (written and verbal) to deal with international clients
- Create awareness of and develop the brand you\'re marketing
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and banners
- Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

Skill Set Required: 
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget
