Job Description:

-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns(Google AdWords), working closely with internal product team and outside agencies to successfully meet our business objectives.
-Lead generation and assignment- Assigning leads and making sure that all consultants are having adequate leads.
-Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns.
-Management of CRM and constant upgradations technology.
-Identify and implement website best practices that drive a best in class customer experience to improve marketing effectiveness, maximize conversion rates and grow the digital channel.
-Define SEO requirements and recommend site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase the rank of natural search result listings.
-Execute content marketing strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, emails, and other engagement.

Skills Required:

-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Should handle end to end lifecycle of paid SEM.
