Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Digital learning is an interesting field where we come up with creative and customized solutions for unique learning specific problems that the customer has.
- It is a multi-disciplinary profession where a multitude of facets need to come together for meeting customer needs.
- This role would require the associate to understand the client requirements in detail and also appreciate the rigour of digital learning so that the end product results in customer satisfaction.
- The courses need to be tested on a variety of aspects including language, design parameters, functionality and deployment.

The role would include:
- Creating test plans based on customer requirements and the solution approach
- Test the course at alpha and beta stages for language, design, functionality and deployment
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for effective closure of issues – ID, GD and programming
- Time sheet and other process metrics collection and reporting

Educational Background & Experience
- Any graduation, preferably with a focus on English.
- Work experience of 0 to 2 years in a similar role. Specific experience in e-learning would be a plus.
- Good grip on the English, specifically written communication would be an important skill
- A very keen eye for detail
