  • PC Assembling, Disassembling.
  • OS installation - Windows 7, 8.1, 10.
  • RAM, HDD upgrade.
  • System Performance.
  • SMPS, Printer Configuration.
  • LAN, IP Address troubleshooting.
  • Internet related issues troubleshooting.
  • Sharing files and folders.
  • MS Outlook configuration and Troubleshooting.
  • Data Backup.
  • Knowledge in Ticketing Tools.
  • Remote Support tools - AnyDesk, Ammyy Admin, TeamViewer.
  • Basic knowledge about DNS, DHCP, APIPA, DORA.
  • Desktop Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
