FEA Profile

• Generate FE model and obtain mesh quality as per industry norms.
• Geometry editing and optimization for FEA using Design modeler.
• Static structural analysis components and assemblies.
• Thermal structural coupled analysis.
• Linear & Nonlinear Analysis using APDL & Work Bench.
• Failure Analysis Fatigue & Buckling Analysis.
• Vibration Analysis.
• Analysis of composite bodies.

CFD Profile

• CFD Validation with ANSYS products - 2d / 3d Flow Simulation with fluent/CFX.
• Internal & external boundary layer simulation.
• Geometry building, Meshing with Ansys WB & ICEM CFD.
• Heat Flow simulation CHT, Single phase/multi-phase simulation.
• Hydraulic Design & Hydrodynamic simulation CFD.
• Design optimization of components (structural/system) using CFD/CHT.
• Multi-species simulation & combustion modelling.
• Good exposure in project documentation.
