We build custom branded apps for small businesses so they can send news, alerts, photos, videos etc. to parents, take attendance, receive payments and perform other routine tasks, thus reducing paperwork and saving time. Responsibilities :

- Understand requirements for statistical analysis of data through regular interaction with concerned stakeholders including counterparts in US and other offices.
- Use rigorous statistical methods to analyze data arising from games, simulations, websites and apps to derive actionable insights.
- Design and develop methods and software modules using R or other software for analysis of data.
- Ensure thorough quality testing and documentation of the software developed before deployment into Production.
- Constantly learn and innovate to stay on the cutting edge of knowledge and skills.

Skillset  :
- Minimum bachelors degree in computer science, statistics or engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in statistical analysis using R or other software.
- Experience in at least two of these areas is required: clustering, regression, bayesian networks.  
- Strong hands-on skills in programming and data visualization.
- Very good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be a great team player.
