Aspiring Minds is looking for candidates with good communication skills for the position of Customer Service Executive for Domestic Process. The person would be answering incoming calls from customers for various reasons- answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information. The detailed responsibilities are given below.

Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 per month (Depending upon the interview performance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
• MIS: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and maintaining trackers etc
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should have strong communication skills and good telephonic conversation etiquette.
• Should have patience and excellent listening skills.
• Should have a go getter attitude, persuasiveness, and ready to take initiative.
• Should have high customer service orientation skills.
