Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Ensure customer queries are understood and corrective action is taken to resolve queries
- Ensure that all the customer support systems are up to date.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures

- Excellent written & spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an added advantage
