Salary: PHP 13,000/- to PHP 18,000/- Per Month(Depending upon candidate's experience and performance in the interview)

Job Description and Skill Set Required :-
-Manage and resolve customer inquiries, request, orders and follow ups.
-Handle inbound and outbound communications to inform and disseminate information to clients.
-Fast learner, good problem solving skills and excellent English & Filipino communication skills.
-Should be detail oriented, has a customer service driven attitude, a team player.
-Experience working in a banking institution, customer service support or BPO company is a plus.
-Can handle multi-tasking and work with minimum supervision.
