Profile Offered: Customer Service Engineer

Job Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Course Specialization: B.Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil)

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

To do pre-sales site visit for high-end products viz. Whirlpool, SPA, Steam generator, Sauna, Showertronic & steam Cabin and validate product selection right as per site and the need.
To do post installation product functional demonstratin for Whirlpool, SPA, Steam generator, Sauna, Showertronic & steam Cabin.
Apprise Customer for product maintenance and the services.
To Ensure complimetary service to be done on time by service Person.*
To Meet Architects' staff to educate them about technical aspects of the high-end products.
To be part of project team for inputs during project discussion for high-end products
To support in installation of project
To visit project sites during installation.

B.Tech/B.E.
