Job Location: Lucknow

Course Specialization: B.Tech, M.B.A, P.G.D.M

Probation / Training: None 

Salary: INR 1.2 LPA to 2.2 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Tentative date of interview: will be communicated post registration window

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:   

- Managing sales/ marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.

- Generate sales through new opportunities in PSUs / Central / State Government departments

- Develops account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase company\'s market share.

- Will have to review and prepare tender documents, RFQs and Business proposals, submission of the same and follow up with clients, ensuring active participation in day to day business activities.

- To maintain record of incoming inquiries, Submissions, Follow ups and likely orders.

- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.

- Ensure that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications.

Skill Set Required:

- Candidates should have a Sales Rock star attitude- Mandatory.
- Candidate should have his own laptop/tablet & bike.
- The Candidate should be at least graduate with interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidate should have computer knowledge. It is mandatory to have knowledge of mail etiquette to every candidate.
- Analyzing of Information, General Math Skills, Reporting Research Results, Dealing with Complexity, Presentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
