Job Description and Skill Set Required:  
-  Sell the Shamoor value proposition clearly & effectively to potential new clients whilst ensuring monthly KPI’s are met/exceeded.
-  Form multi-level consultative relationships within target companies i.e. CEOs, CFOs, Procurement, Human Resources, Executive Assistants & managers, to ensure a positive & productive sales experience for all prospective clients.
-  Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Self-generate prospects & develop/manage a pipeline that will ensure you exceed weekly/monthly sales targets from a cold desk.
- Keep the clients well informed regarding all company prospects and services offered.
- Respond to leads generated from Shamoor’s concentrated marketing efforts.
- Work with Project Management, Implementations and other groups to ensure customer satisfaction remains best in class.
-  Develop Work Definition Document and Parameters as per the requirements of the Clients and ensure its communication to other associated teams.
-  Must be able to work autonomously.
-  Must ensure confidentially of data with respect to any client and Shamoor.
- Complete delegated tasks within deadlines ensuring that the guidelines by the Supervisor/HOD are followed.
-  Maintain and uplift the company’s Brand Image in any and every scenario possible.
