(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, candidates past experience and will be at the company’s discretion)
This CTC will be applicable post successful completion of training of 6 Months

Stipend during training period: INR 10,000-INR 25,000-Depending upon performance

Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Effectively research, analyse and write technical contents for Information Security domains in a variety of formats like eLearning courses, instructor presentations, user guides, etc.
-Research, gather, and analyse information on technical topics
-Organize and structure information logically
-Write content on the technical topics
-Create diagrams and illustrations to explain the difficult concepts
-Work with the project team, subject matter experts, and use existing documentation to understand content need
-Review content for technical, grammatical and style guide compliance
-Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
-Support project/business managers in communication related to (new) clients or projects.
-Collaborate with program/project management to plan, maintain, and execute project/program deliverables

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
-Experience of writing on network/system and information security domains will be an added advantage
-Hands on experience in creation of WBTs and ILTs
-Must have experience with eLearning tools
-Must have knowledge of LMS.
-Strong understanding of e-learning theories, concepts, curriculum design, and content standards
-Knowledge of and practical experience with applying formal instructional design and curriculum development methodologies to academic and corporate learning programs
-Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
-Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
-Excellent written skills in English
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
