Roles & Responsibilities:

Events, Training and Workshops:

• Conceptualize innovative events, workshops and talks about
• JUiNCUBATOR’s Innovation Initiatives.
• Provide support in planning and conducting of training and orientation programmes related to entrepreneurship.
• Manage the recruitment of enterprise participants, plan and arrange logistics for the Incubator events, and services to incubating companies.
• Help in planning and execution of different expert talks, workshops/ seminars, as part of regular activities of the Centre.
• Achieve targets in conducting no. of events and bringing participants to such events.

Customer Servicing:

• Interact with the students, potential clients, mentors and partners and respond to queries
• Meet and advise regularly with the incubating companies.
• Assist in all the aspects of the program, including recruitment of program participants and mentors
• Manage a network of stakeholders, arrange certificate training sessions
• Recruitment of local speakers for specific topics related to entrepreneurship and Technology.
• Develops and deploys resources for students and entrepreneurs. Works with partner organization to develop program content and resources.
• Develop programs that connect local and regional business and economic challenges with entrepreneurial individuals and teams.

Create a collaborative community – Internally & Externally:

• Build a connection amongst our members through events and personal introductions.
• Build a network and presence in the city; you will be seen as a leader, an influencer and a driver of JUiNCUBATOR’s presence in the External community
• Drive a healthy and growing Community
• Generate leads and conduct tours to execute the sales strategy to work towards / maintain 100% building occupancy
• Drive growth and promotion of JUiNCUBATOR provided service offerings
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports that outline the progress of your targets and community
