Job Description:
- The candidate should be able to support through chat, skype to communicate with US customers.
- He/she has to explain about our product and features to end user’s/storage business owners.
- He/she should compare features with competitors and prepared analysis document, the same has to be communicated with development team.

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, Strong Communication, Problem solving and decision making, Change management.
- Client management - Be able to work directly with the Clients and manage self\'s and team\'s workload and deliveries.
