Job Description:

This role involves pitching Uber and negotiating deals with business partners. Forming strategic alliances and maintaining the relationships by clearing the bottlenecks would be the key here. Collecting data about the user base and root cause problem solving will also be a part of this role.

- Pitch Uber and form strategic alliances with businesses

- Manage existing accounts and provide support

- Close deals and manage launch operations

- Collect data about users and figure out the key pain points

Skills Required:

- Kannada speakers will have an upper hand

- You should be open to travelling within the city

- Reasonable Excel skills are a must

- Prior experience in sales / analytics / operations is preferred

- Closing situations: You are able to create win-win situations and handle difficult conversations

- Presentation skills: You can represent Uber in a meeting room of a high profile client.

- Hustle: You do not mind interacting with anyone on the street to get on-ground info.

- Problem solving: You excel at solving problems and can manage relationships with multiple businesses
