About the company

Eurekamakers is a seed-funded venture in the Health & Wellness space founded by two IIM grads, Anindo Samajpati & Chinmay Kelkar with 26 years of Industry experience between them. The company is currently in ‘stealth mode’ and is working on an e-commerce platform that will transform the health and wellness space.You will work with a small but kickass team. Amongst the team are precocious freshers, fitness enthusiasts, techies who've worked in the US, some of the best marketers and management professionals in the country. The team has prior experience with companies such as Unilever, Coca Cola, Accenture, Godrej Consumer Products, Coupon Dunia and others.

Job Description:

- Understanding consumer behaviour and issues, designing relevant solutions and marketing interventions, experimenting with new consumer strategies, creating win-win partnerships with other companies.

- Lead and support specific marketing programs aimed at driving consumer acquisition in the most cost effective manner. This would include consumer interactions through multiple media – in person, telephone, chat, etc.

- To build further, manage and operate a best-in-class partner network. We already have a deep network across 20 different fitness and nutrition genres, in place.

- Understanding demand patterns, designing the optimum network, ensuring partner adoption of best practices with regard to processes and technology.

- Managing operations efficiently and effectively

Skill Set Required:

- Strong communication skills

- Clarity of thinking

- An open mind and a hunger to learn

-Start-up experience would be nice to have.
