Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Identify New Customers/ New CP and Leads
-Lead Generation and Sustenance – Reports & Weekly Reviews
-Search Reports / Leads to Branch / CPs by Application
-Corporate / Key Account Handling – Sustenance /Addition of new Products
-CP Evaluation and CONTROL – Related Statements & Reports
-Price control – CP wise / Region wise - Related Statements & Reports
-New Application and New Product Analysis
-Understand Market needs and evaluate the leads, discuss with PDR and New development of products( Only idea generation) - sample & the promotional activities
-Marketing activities: Web lead generations, catalogue, presentations and promotional activities
-Tracking Analysis : Budget Vs Actual : Remainders to Brach / CPs
-Month wise focused PROMOTION PLAN : Product wise / Corporate customer wise- Also send promotional materials to the entire sales.
-Price Trend Analysis – Month weighted average / Year weighted average
-Product Rationalization & Review – Monthly / Half yearly /Annually
-Loss making / Low margin analysis ( Coordination with finance ) and elimination announcement and control
-Tender Monitoring and Handling
-Identification of Overseas Customer / Dealers / CPs
-Monitoring and helping in Customer Registration on specific requirements ( Pharma / Personal Care / Agro etc.,)
-Overall coordination with Sales Manager / Sales Executives / CPs for unsolved issues – Delay in Samples / Testing / New product development/ Dispatches.
