Desired Experience:
Mumbai: 0-3 Years
Bangalore: 1-3 Years

Target Batch Passout: 2014-2017

Salary:INR 2 LPA – INR 6 LPA
Stipend for freshers for Business Development Intern(Mumbai only) - INR 4,000- INR 8,000 Per Month for an internship period of minimum 2 Months

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, candidates past experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/BBA/BCA/MBA

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:
-Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
-Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
-Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
-Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
-Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
-Research and build relationships with new clients.
-Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/ Principals.
-Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
-Participate in pricing the solution/service.
-Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
-Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
-Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Interview Process:
-Face to face Interview(For candidates residing in Delhi/NCR region and willing to relocate to Mumbai or Bangalore)
-For candidates outside Delhi/NCR region:

  • 1st Round  - Skype Interview
  • 2nd Round - Face to face interview
